Basic Pizza Dough – Fleischmann’s Classic Bread Book. Thanks Janette!

1/4 teaspoon salt

3 cups flour

2 teaspoon yeast

corn meal for dusting.
Place ingredients in the pan of the bread macine on the dough cycle. When done, roll out onto a greased pan or parchment paper that has corn meal underneath to prevent sticking. Add toppings and cook in preheated 400 degree oven for 25 minuits.

Bread Machine Cinnamon Rolls

1 cup and 2 tablespoons warm milk

3 tablespoons canola oil

4 egg whites

4 cups flour

1 teaspoon salt

3 teaspoons yeast

Combine 2 tablespoons of melted butter with 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon milk

1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Put the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order listed on dough cycle. After the dough cycle is finished, roll the dough into 15×25 inch rectangle and spread with filing.  If dough stretches and shrinks, let it sit for a few moments. Preheat oven to 325.

Roll up dough to create a log with seam side down.  Cut with a very sharp knife or dental floss. Place on a greased pan and baked for 20 mins.  Spread the icing on as soon as they come out of the oven for an extra goey effect.

You can also cover the unbaked rolls with greased plastic wrap and stick them in the refrigerator overnight.  The next morning let the rolls come to room temperature before placing in oven.  You can also freeze the uncooked cut rolls.  Dethaw in oven while preheating.
